The Dean of Students Office Food Pantry provides students with critical access to food and personal care items. We support undergraduate, graduate, and co-term students in meeting their basic needs so they can learn and succeed at their fullest potential. This food pantry is intended to help meet the immediate short-term needs of currently enrolled students, while also connecting students with resources that support long-term, stable access to food.
More About the Food Pantry
The Food Pantry was established by the Dean of Students Office in 2025 to help more fully meet the needs of students who face food insecurity during their time at Stanford. Reliable access to nutritious food is a basic human need. When students don’t have enough to eat, it affects their ability to function, learn, and thrive. The Dean of Students Office understands that many students face unexpected challenges during their academic career that can disrupt their access to food. The Food Pantry provides a short-term solution to help fill the gap during these challenging times, and helps connect students with resources to support their long-term access to food.
