For your leadership as co-director of the Stanford Summit Tahoma Expedition Program (SSTEP) in the Department of Chemical Engineering, where you created high impact opportunities for over forty-five high school students to encourage their pursuit of learning and STEM education; 

For your efforts documenting processes and training peers to ensure longevity of the SSTEP flagship program in the Department of Chemical Engineering; 

For your dedication to mentorship of students through your work in the Stanford Women’s Community Center (WCC), Stanford Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF), and the Chemical Engineering Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU);

For your significant contributions to the Department of Chemical Engineering’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives on their Task Force for Graduate Recruitment;

For your steadfast commitment to developing a thriving, robust flagship outreach program that inspires students and breaks down barriers;
