For your inspiring work founding the Miss STEM Ventures, a nonprofit building aesthetic, hands-on engineering kits for young girls, and raising over $210,000 in pre-seed grant funding to pilot the effort with the Boys & Girls Club of Silicon Valley;

For your leadership as President of the Women in Aeronautics and Astronautics (WIAA) organization where you led impactful initiatives such as faculty lunch and learns, community-building events, and mentorship programs that fostered belonging within the department; 

For your innovative work assisting the Aeronautics and Astronautics Department revise their undergraduate curriculum and recruit a more diverse doctoral student body;

For your unwavering commitment to improve fairness in the doctoral  qualifying exam process, recognize students’ contributions to service in your department, and build student connections in the Dean’s Graduate Student Advisory Council;
