For your commitment to making graduate school more accessible by organizing Paths to PhD workshops and conducting an admissions policy review as a member of the Department of Psychology diversity committee;

For your initiative in supporting graduate students in leading inclusive and equitable teaching programs by designing the Graduate Resources for Equity and Access in Teaching (GREAT) grant program, as well as by launching the Graduate Teaching Advice Line;
